At Radianice, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery timeframes, and important details about shipping to specific locations within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST (excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on Fridays or over weekends will begin processing on the following Monday. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (holidays, major sales events), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We'll communicate any delays via email.

Domestic Shipping Options

We offer three shipping methods for all domestic orders within the contiguous United States:

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more (before tax) within the contiguous 48 states. This discount is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed. Please note: free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses (see section below).

Overnight Shipping

Need it tomorrow? Our Overnight Shipping service via FedEx Priority delivers by the next business day when orders are placed before 2:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will ship the following business day and arrive the day after. Overnight shipping is available Monday through Friday only — weekend deliveries are not guaranteed.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

We proudly ship to Alaska and Hawaii. However, orders shipping to these states are subject to the following conditions:

• Standard carrier rates apply for all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold ($75+). Standard shipping rates apply regardless of order size.
• Express and Overnight shipping may not be available to all Alaska and Hawaii addresses. If these options are unavailable for your address, only Standard Shipping will be shown at checkout.
• Delivery times for Alaska and Hawaii via standard shipping are typically 7–10 business days rather than the standard 5–7 days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the delivery, it will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply if the incorrect address was provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Radianice is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will either reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

International Shipping

At this time, Radianice ships within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and APO/FPO military addresses. We plan to expand international shipping in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
