Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters for Chest, Waist, and Hips. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart rather than relying on your typical clothing size, as fit can vary by style. Our garments run with a relaxed artisan fit — when between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted checkout system. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through PayPal's industry-leading security infrastructure with SSL encryption. We never see, store, or handle your credit card details. Our site uses HTTPS throughout for your safety.

We sincerely apologize if your item arrived damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. After that, the order may have already entered fulfillment. Once shipped, we cannot cancel but you can return it using our standard return process.

We currently don't offer digital gift cards, but every Radianice order ships in beautiful packaging with a handwritten note — making every order feel like a gift. If you'd like to include a personal message, add it in the order notes at checkout.

Most of our garments are made from natural fabrics that benefit from gentle care. General guidelines: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener on linen or natural fiber pieces. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Iron inside out on appropriate fabric settings. Linen items may wrinkle naturally — this is a characteristic of the fabric, not a defect. Specific care instructions are printed on the garment label. When in doubt, hand wash in cold water.

We use only natural and certified sustainable fabrics: GOTS-certified organic cotton, MASTERS-certified Belgian linen, Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified wool and merino blends, TENCEL (lyocell) for our drapey pieces, and organic cotton-modal blends. We never use virgin polyester or synthetic fibers in our primary garments.
