At Radianice, we stand behind every piece we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. We want you to love what you wear — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Eligible Items for Return
- Items in original, unworn condition with tags attached
- Items in their original packaging (if applicable)
- Items purchased within the last 30 days
- Full-priced items and regular-promotion items
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with missing or detached tags
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Package your item securely and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
Return Shipping
We provide a free prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the contiguous 48 states. For returns from Alaska and Hawaii, we also provide prepaid labels at no charge to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email notification confirming your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account — this is outside our control.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or payment method.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges as a return and new purchase, which ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible. To exchange an item, follow our standard return process and place a new order for the desired size, color, or style. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll help coordinate the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the defective item unless specifically requested.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct item immediately via expedited shipping at no charge to you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, orders may have already entered our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, use our standard return process once it arrives.
