How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has dispatched. Standard shipping then takes 5–7 business days to arrive.
How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are free and easy within 30 days of delivery.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. After that, the order may have already been fulfilled.
What payment methods do you accept?
