Order confirmation

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been processed successfully. Please check your inbox or spam order to find your confirmation email.

At the moment we can ship to US

We are unable to ship to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in the same order.

Shipping Time

Shipping Time: Delivery time = Handling time + Transit time

Handling time

It can take up to 1 – 3 business days to prepare products before your package can be shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped, it means your packages are being prepared. However, if there are any unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track its progress. 

Transit time

It can take up to 4 – 7 business days to delivery to your doorstep.

*Please note:

  • Business day means we do not work on Saturday and Sunday, so our business day is calculated from Monday to Friday
  • During peak seasons or promotional sales, delivery times may be slightly extended.

We offer free shipping on every order.

We ship using respectable companies like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

Track your order

If you want to track your order, please visit on Order Tracking for information.

It can take 5-7 business days for tracking information to refresh on the system for certain shipping carriers. Please email us if your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and you haven’t received any information about your tracking number.

Tax policy

Tax Included Pricing: The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes. You will not be charged any additional taxes at checkout.

Shipping delay and item not receive

Shipping times are estimates, based on the day the item ships, not the day you place your order. If you provide a wrong address, it can take longer than expected for your shipments to reach you, or it may take longer than expected for customs clearance, or for other reasons.

If your order was correctly placed and nothing has been delivered even though the tracking status says it has. To find your bag, you need to reach out to the carrier because once an item is bagged, we cannot manage it. But if the problems persist, feel free to email Info@radianice.com and we’ll do what we can on our side to assist.

Important: Our responsibility is to make sure we receive and use the customer’s accurate billing and shipping addresses. If you find that information is not correct, please contact us immediately. Once we get the product back, we can only refund the products that have already been dispatched.
